(If you dont know.. well... sorry we did not tell - but its early)

But yesterday we heard the magic music and the number/rate was 154 at the 12.3 week mark.
Reaching week 12 is a critical milestone (now you know what I am talking about)

Why do kids do this?

So my toddler daughter does things that I cannot explain.

1. Once in a while, she will not want to wear her t-shirt / top. She will cry / fight and do everything in her power to not wear it. Well, we have to force her to wear it - no choice as its started to get a little cold here. After wearing it for a couple of minutes, she is back to normal. But its quite a scene before that.

2. Sitting in the car seat: somedays, she just does not want to sit in the car seat. This seems to happen around 20% of times. She will start screaming and crying as I put her in the car seat. After forcing her in it and the belts are on (or given a distraction) she is perfectly fine.

Well, I am hoping that once she starts talking she will tell me why she does this?

half moon bay

Last weekend we visited half moon bay state beach. This place is always cold. I believe that this beach gets warm for 10 days in a whole year. :-)
As we left for the beach, I was suggesting that we take our tent - but I could not find it. Well, its been more than 3 years since we used the tent. As I was not the organizer I did not know what to do on the beach - other than play in the sand/water. So we had no bbq or much food at the beach and had to leave the beach to grab lunch in the city and move on.

This is what I would do next time for a beach outing
- carry tent & sleeping bag
- carry stove - so we can heat things
- carry food / or get some fast food before going to the beach.

Then we can spend a day at the beach and enjoy the ocean!
